Why shippers stay

The difference is who picks up the phone

Most freight problems are not truck problems. They are communication problems. We built this carrier around the part everybody else outsources.

  • One point of contact. The same dispatcher handles your account, so you are not re explaining your freight every week.
  • Updates before you ask. Pickup confirmed, in transit, delayed by weather, delivered. You hear it from us first.
  • Drivers who protect the load. Pre trip inspections, secured freight, photos at pickup and delivery on request.
  • Honest answers on capacity. If we cannot cover the lane on your date, we say so immediately so you can plan.

How it works

From quote to delivered in four moves

01

Send the lane

City pairs, commodity, weight and the pickup window. Ninety seconds on the form or one call to dispatch.

02

Get a real rate

A number you can plan around, with the equipment and the transit time written down, normally back inside the hour.

03

We assign the truck

You get the driver name, the truck number and a tracking link before the wheels turn.

04

Delivered and documented

Signed bill of lading and delivery photos sent back the same day, so your invoice never waits on paperwork.

Coverage

Built around the Texas triangle, running the whole map

Dallas sits inside a day of most of the country, and we use it. Out of the Metroplex we run the I 20, I 35, I 45 and I 10 corridors hard, and we keep capacity for the return leg so your freight is not paying for an empty trailer.

  • Texas and the South West. Daily coverage across DFW, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Laredo and El Paso.
  • The South East and Midwest. Atlanta, Memphis, Nashville, Chicago, Indianapolis and the Ohio valley.
  • The West Coast. Phoenix, Las Vegas, the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Denver.
  • Border and port freight. Laredo crossings and drayage out of Houston and the Gulf ports.

Enter the lane distance and see a realistic delivery window before you call.

2 daysEstimated transit for 900 miles with a solo driver

Based on federal hours of service limits, about 550 miles a day solo and about 950 with a team. Weather, appointment windows and border crossings can change it. Ask dispatch for a committed date on your lane.

Questions

Answers before you call

How fast can AZE Logistics get me a rate?

Send the lane, the equipment and the pickup window and a number normally comes back inside the hour. Call dispatch directly if it is urgent.

Do you cover my area?

We run the lower 48 out of Dallas, with the heaviest coverage across Texas, the South East, the Midwest and the West Coast corridors. If the lane is outside our network we will tell you straight away instead of sitting on the load.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Every load gets a tracking link, and dispatch sends an update at pickup, at any exception and again at delivery. You should never have to chase us for a location.

What paperwork do you need to start?

A signed shipper packet, your insurance certificate if we are picking up at your own facility, and the bill of lading details for the first load. Setup usually takes under a day.

Are you insured?

Yes. Cargo and auto liability certificates are sent with your setup packet and any customer can request a current certificate at any time.
